In order to participate in the “WIN A WATCH” contest, it is a requirement to accept, in their entirety, these terms and conditions, which will be published at the url address and will be accessible at all times. The Colomer & Sons Store is owned by Colomer and Sons Media S.L., a Spanish trading company domiciled at C/Alcalá 117 Bajo Izquierda 28009 Madrid with CIF. B85113041, who will hold a monthly contest among all the people who are subscribed to the newsletter. The winner will receive a watch from Colomer & Sons, which will be selected by the company, without the possibility of changing the model of watch awarded for another model. Prizes are subject to availability. The Contest is open to all individuals who are of legal age and reside anywhere in the world. The winner of the month will be announced in the first week of the following month and the customer will be contacted either by phone, email or both to congratulate them and explain the process to receive their prize. The identity and image of the winner can be announced on our official Facebook, Instagram and Twitter profiles.
Assignment of image rights and acceptance of the terms and conditions. The winner of the award will cede the image rights of the photograph uploaded to their social networks, mentioning the @colomerandsons brand. If you do not have social networks, you must send us a photograph once the watch has arrived at your home or has been collected at the central offices. These images may be used by Colomer & Sons for promotional purposes. If the winner cannot be located, does not answer or rejects the Prize within 7 days of the draw, Colomer & Sons will consider that the Prize has not been claimed and will draw the Prize the following month. Participants authorise the sending by e-mail of commercial information about the promotions and activities of Colomer & Sons and in compliance with the LOPD, any person who wishes to do so may make use of their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of their data at any time by writing to tienda@colomerandsons.com
