We are one of the few brands in the world, if not the only one, capable of guaranteeing our watches for a period of ten years (3 years by law and an additional 7 years provided by Colomer & Sons). During this time, our customers can rest assured with their watches, as in the event of any warranty-covered incident, we will promptly take action to ensure maximum satisfaction.

It’s important to carefully read what is covered and what is not covered by a watch warranty.

Please make sure to check the warranty duration in the sealed certificate that came with your watch, which indicates the date of purchase, watch model, and warranty duration.

Colomer and Sons has its own official technical service where all the necessary parts for the care and repair of your watch are available, not only during the warranty years we offer but also to keep it in perfect condition for many years. The Colomer and Sons warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that exist from the time of purchase and throughout the duration of the watch warranty.

IMPORTANT: If the customer takes their Colomer and Sons watch to a non-official service center, the customer will be responsible for any damage that may be caused by that service center.

The watch warranty is a contract that covers the repair of the watch at no cost under specific conditions for the years following its purchase. This does not constitute an unlimited warranty.

– Colomer and Sons ensures that we will be able to repair any part of the watch If any part malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced with a new one at no cost, always ensuring customer satisfaction. Once the warranty period corresponding to the purchase date of the watch has expired, repairs will be subject to service charges.

– Each of our watches will be delivered to you with the warranty sealed by us on the day of purchase/shipping. If this is not the case, please contact us to receive a sealed one.

– The warranty does not affect the buyer’s rights or any other rights that they are mandatorily entitled to by law.

The warranty does not cover these aspects:

– Our warranty covers defects in all materials and workmanship, but does not cover normal wear or aging of certain parts, such as for example, the battery’s lifespan, Color alteration on straps or normal scratches due to use on steel case and straps.

Damaged case or glass due to excessive wear or impacts, as well as breakdowns caused by such incidents detected by our technical service, cannot be covered by the warranty and will be subject to a separate quote, always with prior notice to the customer and without obligation.

– Any damage to any part of the watch caused by misuse or abuse, cosmetic modifications, accidents (impacts, crushing, dents…), battery replacement, and moisture ingress due to improper crown closure.

– Failures or damages resulting from fires, earthquakes, or other disasters.

– Loss or theft.

Procedure to make use of the guarantee:

– The customer must contact us beforehand via email at tienda@colomerandsons.com You can also contact us on this number (+34) 696 090 184, either by phone or WhatsApp, to be guided on the next steps. The watch must be well-packed with your personal information, contact phone number, reason for the malfunction, and the warranty or a copy of it.

Once the watch has been inspected by our technical service, we will contact the customer to inform them of the diagnosis. Typically, repairs take between two and three weeks, depending on the extent of the work required. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, the customer will be provided with a no-obligation repair estimate. If the watch is out of warranty and the repair estimate is not accepted, the return shipping costs to your address will be borne by the customer.

– Once the watch has been repaired, provided that the repair has been covered by the warranty, it will be sent to the customer’s address at no charge. If there is a change of address outside Spain (mainland), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
