THE STORY BEHIND THE COLLECTOR

It all started with a conversation between friends and a seemingly simple question: to create something really different.<br>The starting point was to think about what could be interesting for someone who had seen and studied thousands of watches. The answer appeared when observing the dial as one of the great spaces of expression of watchmaking.<br>Over time, different eras have developed their own ways of representing and facilitating the reading of the hours. Roman numerals, Arabic, indexes and geometries are part of this evolution and serve as the common thread of the project.<br>The collection recovers these historical codes, but avoids treating them as untouchable elements. What happens when the numbers disappear from the dial?<br><br>In the mid-20th century, watch design began to evolve towards cleaner and increasingly modern shapes. Applied hour markers came into greater prominence during the 1950s, while simple baton-type indices were strongly consolidated throughout the 1960s. <br><br>By eliminating numbers, watchmakers discovered that a dial could be simplified without losing its ability to tell time. The hour index itself became both function and design. <br> This minimalist language would eventually become one of the most enduring codes of modern watchmaking.<br> The Collector Index picks up this idea of simplicity and gives it a new personality through proportions, color and three-dimensional shapes.<br>

At the heart of every The Collector is a Swiss Sellita SW200-1b automatic movement, chosen for its precision, reliability and watchmaking tradition. A 26-jewel mechanism that works at 28,800 vibrations per hour, offering a fluid and precise movement. Its exposed caseback allows you to directly contemplate the mechanics that give life to the watch. Swiss mechanics for a collection designed to be enjoyed and collected.

GEOMETRY IN EQUILIBRIUM

In the Index Edition, the precision of classic indexes coexists with a composition of geometric shapes and primary colors.<br />Circles, squares, rectangles and a triangle are freely distributed on the dial, creating a play of proportions, superimpositions and planes that deliberately breaks with its more orderly structure. The applied indexes add volume and depth, while the blue hands cross the composition and the red seconds hand introduces a final line of color and movement.<br />The result is a dial in which geometry, colour and function find their own balance.

STEEL, PRECISION AND STRENGTH

The steel case and bracelet combine polished and brushed surfaces to enhance every line of the watch. The fluted bezel adds character and reinforces its presence on the wrist, while the screw-down crown ensures a secure closure. Its construction offers a water-resistance of 10 ATM, ready to accompany you in daily use. Solidity, precision and careful finishes in every detail.
