On the occasion of its 90th anniversary and in collaboration with the Navy, we have created this piece in honour of the Spanish Navy's training ship, the Juan Sebastián de Elcano training ship. It is a four-masted topsail schooner with 20 sails and a steel hull. At 113 meters long, it is the third largest deep-sea vessel in the world, and is the sailboat that has sailed the farthest, covering more than 2,000,000 nautical miles in its history (3,700,000 km, 2,300,000 thousand).
The King and Queen of Spain, Alfonso XIII, Juan Carlos I and Felipe VI are among the officers who did their internships at the Juan Sebastián De Elcano, and soon Princess Leonor will complete her military training there.
