How long does my order take?
If the order does not have a personalized engraving, it will reach you in about 48/72 working hours through the Seur courier.
If the watch has a custom engraving it is about 10 days, but it usually takes less. If you need it urgently, call us and we will do our best to get it to you on time.
Occasionally the watch has a special delivery date, this is usually clearly indicated on the product, usually next to where the text of the personalized engraving is written.
Why don’t I see my order in my account?
That’s because you placed the order as a guest.
If you have an account at Colomer and Sons but you have placed an order as a guest and you want us to include it in your account, you just have to contact us by email, phone or whatsapp at 696 090 184, indicating some information such as the order number and the email of your account so that we can include it.
Remember that, if you have an account, before finalizing the order you must log in with your email and password, and at the end of the purchase the order will be registered in your account.
How do I log in to my account?
From a computer, click on the icon at the top right of the screen and the “Login” option will appear. On your mobile phone the icon will appear by clicking on the three bars at the top right.
If you have already put the product in the cart and have clicked on the “Go to shipping and payment” button, an orange message will appear where it says Are you already a customer? Click here to access.
How do I create an account at Colomer and Sons?
You can do this in two ways:
- By first creating the account and then adding the watch or product you want to buy to the cart.
From a computer, click on the icon at the top right of the screen and the option to Register will appear. On your mobile phone the icon will appear by clicking on the three bars at the top right. - By putting the product in the cart and clicking on the “Go to shipping and payment” button, and after typing the shipping address, you will have to click on Create an account? There you will see a drop-down menu where you must indicate the username and password you want to enter.
How can I get my invoice?
If you have an account created, you just have to log in and you can get it from there.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one and if you let us know, we can add previous orders to that account, so you can keep track of everything.
If you prefer not to create an account, send us an email with the email address with which you made the purchase to tienda@colomerandsons.com with the full name of the person who placed the order and the order number so that we can send it to you in pdf.
If I have a promo code, how can I use it?
Once you have put the product in the cart, you will see a field on the left where it says COUPON CODE.
Now type the promotional coupon and click on the APPLY COUPON button that is right next to it, and the discount will be made automatically if it is within the conditions of use.
