THE STORY BEHIND THE COLLECTOR

It all started with a conversation between friends and a seemingly simple question: to create something really different.<br>The starting point was to think about what could be interesting for someone who had seen and studied thousands of watches. The answer appeared when observing the dial as one of the great spaces of expression of watchmaking.<br>Over time, different eras have developed their own ways of representing and facilitating the reading of the hours. Roman numerals, Arabic, indexes and geometries are part of this evolution and serve as the common thread of the project.<br>The collection recovers these historical codes, but avoids treating them as untouchable elements. WHEN READING THE TIME JUST GOT EASIER

As watches became more practical, their dials began to change.<br />Roman numerals had dominated dials for generations, but by the end of the 19th century new dial-making techniques contributed to Arabic numerals becoming more common.<br />Its main advantage was simple: readability.<br />When watches moved from the pocket to the wrist in the early 20th century, large Arabic numerals took on particular importance. During World War I, so-called trench clocks frequently used large, highly visible numerals, designed to be able to tell the time at a glance.<br />The Collector Numbers takes that clarity-based language and transforms it through color, scale, and contemporary geometry.

At the heart of every The Collector is a Swiss Sellita SW200-1b automatic movement, chosen for its precision, reliability and watchmaking tradition. A 26-jewel mechanism that works at 28,800 vibrations per hour, offering a fluid and precise movement. Its exposed caseback allows you to directly contemplate the mechanics that bring the watch to life. Swiss mechanics for a collection designed to be enjoyed and collected.

DIALS AS PROTAGONISTS

In the Numbers Edition watch, the numerals are no longer simple hour markers but the protagonists of the dial. Different colours, volumes and geometric shapes build a graphic composition in which each element has its own visual weight. The numerals rise subtly above the dial and, at some points, interact with the geometric figures, creating different planes and a greater sense of depth. The blue hands run over the composition above all of them, completing a dynamic, balanced and personality-filled dial. A different way of interpreting something as universal as numbers.

STEEL, PRECISION AND STRENGTH

The steel case and bracelet combine polished and brushed surfaces to enhance every line of the watch. The fluted bezel adds character and reinforces its presence on the wrist, while the screw-down crown ensures a secure closure. Its construction offers a water-resistance of 10 ATM, ready to accompany you in daily use. Solidity, precision and careful finishes in every detail.
