I am a private individual, can I make custom watches?
Of course, watches are a fantastic gift for example to give as a gift at a wedding, private party, etc.
What type of watch do I need for my brand?

What is the minimum quantity to be able to make my watches?
It depends on the model, but in most cases the minimum quantity is from 25 units. If you can’t manufacture so many units we can customize some of the models we already have made, in this case only on the side of the watch and the back cover. Contact us to see all the possibilities.

Can I choose a model with two different colors while manufacturing the minimum quantity?
Sorry, but there are 25 units per color and model.

How do you budget a custom watch project?
To budget each project, the most important thing is to know the units that you want to manufacture of the chosen model or models. Then you can see additional customization options that will make that watch a unique piece.
Can I make a watch with just my brand?
Of course, but associating your brand with ours will be a guarantee of success. At Colomer and Sons we have been creating unique pieces since 2007 and we also have our own technical service.
How does the service of the watches work?
The watches have a 3-year legal warranty on any manufacturing defect and all you have to do is contact our Technical Service by calling 696 090 184.
If I make a watch with only my brand, how does the warranty work?
Colomer and Sons is responsible for the 3-year legal warranty.
In case of making a watch with only my brand, can I extend the warranty from 3 years, for example, to 5 or 10 years under the technical service of Colomer and Sons?
Of course, check with us about the conditions to be able to do so.
If I manufacture a watch only with my brand and it has already passed the legal warranty, where can customers go to get a repair quote?
You have to call us or send us a whatsapp at 696 090 184 and we will explain how to proceed. WE WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE TECHNICAL SERVICE.
Can I see a sample first?
In case you want a personalized sample of your own to see before the manufacture of all your units, this sample will cost € 250.00 that will later be deducted from the total invoice in case the project is carried out.
Can I see the watches in person?
You will always be welcome to our showroom where you can come to see and admire them, and thus appreciate the quality of our watches in first person.
