Of course, watches are a fantastic gift, for example to give at a wedding, private party, etc.

What is the minimum quantity to be able to make my watches?
Depende del modelo, pero en la mayoría la cantidad mínima es desde 25 unidades. Si no puedes fabricar tantas unidades podemos personalizar algún modelo de los que ya tenemos fabricados, en este caso únicamente en el lateral del reloj y la tapa trasera. Contacta con nosotros para ver todas las posibilidades.
How long does it take to manufacture?
Once the first 50% payment has been received, we will begin manufacturing the parts and it will take approximately two months. If you need to have them in less time, we can customize some of the models we already have manufactured, in this case only on the side of the watch and the back cover. Contact us to see all the possibilities.
Can you choose a model with two different colors by manufacturing the minimum quantity?
We’re sorry, but there are 25 units per color and model.
Would there be a possibility of choosing another model?
Tell us what you need and we can evaluate the possibility depending on the units you request.
How do you budget for a custom watch project?
To budget each project, the most important thing is to know the units that you want to manufacture of the chosen model or models. Then you can see additional customization options that will make that watch become a unique piece.
Can I make a watch with just my brand?
Of course, but associating your brand with ours will guarantee success. At Colomer and Sons we have been creating unique pieces since 2007 and we also have our own technical service.
How does watch technical service work?
The watches have a 3-year legal guarantee against any manufacturing defect and all you have to do is contact our Technical Service by calling 696 090 184.
If I make a watch with only my brand, how does the warranty work?
Colomer and Sons takes care of the 3-year legal guarantee.
If I make a watch only with my brand, can I extend the 3-year warranty, for example, to 5 or 10 under Colomer and Sons technical service?
Of course, check with us for the conditions to be able to do so.
If I manufacture a watch only with my brand and it has already passed the legal warranty, where can customers go to get a repair estimate?
You have to call us or send us a WhatsApp to 696 090 184 and we will explain how to proceed. WE WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE TECHNICAL SERVICE.
Can I see a sample first?
In case you want your own personalized sample to see before manufacturing all your units, this sample will cost €250.00 which will later be deducted from the total invoice if the project is carried out.
