We are one of the few brands in the world, if not the only one, capable of guaranteeing its watches for a period of ten years (2 years by law and 8 more years on behalf of Colomer & Sons), during which our clients can be absolutely Calm with your watch because in the event of any eventuality that is covered by the guarantee we will get going to offer the maximum possible satisfaction.

It is important that you read carefully what is covered and what is not covered by the guarantee of a watch.

Please, make sure of the duration of the guarantee in the sealed certificate that came with the watch, where it indicates the date of purchase, watch model and duration of the guarantee.

Colomer and Sons has its own official technical service where all the necessary parts for the care and repair of your watch are available, not only during the years of guarantee that we offer, but also to keep it in perfect condition for many years. The Colomer and Sons warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that exist from the time of purchase and during the years that the watch warranty lasts.

IMPORTANT:

If the customer takes his Colomer and Sons watch to a technical service that is not the official one, the customer will be responsible for any damage that technical service may cause.

– The watch warranty is a contract to repair a watch free of charge under certain conditions and during the years following its purchase. This does not imply an unlimited guarantee.

– Colomer and Sons guarantees that we will be able to repair any part of the watch. If any part goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced with a new one free of charge, always leaving the customer happy. Once the guarantee period that corresponds to it according to the date of purchase of the watch has expired, repairs will be subject to a service charge.

– Each of our watches will be delivered to you with the guarantee sealed by us on the day of purchase/shipping, if not, please contact us to receive a sealed one.

-The warranty does not affect the rights of the buyer or any other right that is mandatory by law.

The warranty does not cover these aspects:

– Our warranty covers defects in all materials and workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear on certain parts, such as discoloration on straps or normal wear and tear on steel cases and straps.

– The case or glass damaged by excessive use or blows, as well as faults caused by them that our technical service detects, cannot be covered by the guarantee and will be subject to a separate estimate, always prior notice to the customer and without obligation.

– Any damage to any part of the watch caused by improper or abusive use, aesthetic modifications, accidents (impacts, crushing, dents…), battery change and moisture ingress by not closing the crown correctly.

– Failures or damage as a result of fires, earthquakes or other disasters.

– Loss or theft.

Procedure to make use of the guarantee:

– The client must contact us previously through the email tienda@colomerandsons.com or on 696 090 184 both by phone or whatsapp to indicate the procedure to follow. The watch must be well packed with your personal data, contact telephone number, reason for the failure and the guarantee or a copy of it.

– Once the watch has been checked by the technical service, the customer will be called to inform him of the diagnosis, normally the repairs are between two and three weeks, depending on the work to be done. If the repair is not covered by warranty, the customer will be informed of the free estimate for the repair of the watch. In case of being out of warranty and not accepting the budget, the shipping costs back to your home will be borne by the customer.

– Once the watch has been repaired, as long as the repair has been covered by the guarantee, it will be sent to the customer at their home free of charge. If there is a change of address and it is outside the peninsula, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
